Lake Shore Apartment

A retired army doctor moving to Chicago had just bought a beautiful apartment on Lake Shore Drive that was in need of a renovation. The complete remodel consisted of: A new kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and custom white cabinets. Master bath expansion and redesigned layout of the master suite. Custom closets and built ins. A refinished existing oak hardwood floor. Wall paper in main hallway along with a new lighting system throughout the apartment. Finished carpentry and paint brought everything together bringing new life to an existing space.
